Brian M. Cloud

Born and raised in Hartford, Connecticut, Brian Cloud received his undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated with a B.A. in history and government. In 2001, Mr. Cloud graduated with honors from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University with a J.D. and an M.B.A. He was licensed to practice law and admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2001, followed by the Alabama Bar in 2003, and continues to the current time to be a member in good standing in both jurisdictions.

After practicing for several years with a large Atlanta law firm, in 2003 Mr. Cloud was a founding member of what is now Cloud Willis & Ellis, LLC, a full service law practice. While Mr. Cloud’s practice encompasses all aspects of the law, he has distinguished himself in real estate, corporate law, and creditors’ rights law.

Brian Cloud is committed to excellence in his practice and service to his clients. He practices in all state district and circuit courts and federal courts in Alabama and Georgia.
